‘Best Production Management System’ Award goes to İnci Akü Production System INIS
İnci Akü Production System (INIS) received ‘Best Production Management System’ award in the large scale corporations category in the Award Ceremony of Corporate Transformation For the Sake of Global Competition Project, performed with the support of Turkish Ministry of Economy and in cooperation with TAYSAD (Association of Automotive Parts and Components Manufacturers), where corporations that attained achievements with 12K model were awarded.
In the awards ceremony performed with the support of Turkish Ministry of Economy and TAYSAD (Association of Automotive Parts and Components Manufacturers), İnci Akü’s Production System INIS was deemed worthy of “Best Production Management System” award. Following two awards titled: ‘Leadership Approach’ and ‘Capability Development’ given in the award ceremony of Corporate Transformation For the Sake of Global Competition Project where corporations that attained achievements with 12K model were awarded, İnci Akü was also awarded ‘Best Production Management System’ award in large scale corporations category upon assessment according to 12K criteria model.
Firstly, you have to be innovative, and secondly, you have to be efficient. And you have to manage all of these sustainably under a corporate structure. Effectiveness of this type of management ensures competitive advantage and sustainable profitability. İnci Akü Akü has developed and put into effect its own Production System INIS in compliance with 12K model. And we treasure that it was analysed under this award program. Measuring the functionality of the system is very important both in terms of development of our employees and reviewing of our ways of doing business. Simple thinking is one of the most important conditions for sustainable growth and profitability. What it is that ensures this change are our employees who work within the organization. Therefore we consider our employees as the key element of this system. Under award program, corporate needs were analysed and development processes were monitored followed by information and trainings provided with respect to aspects requiring improvements. 12K model consisting of 12 basic criteria and 75 sub-criteria improves corporate performance and ensures an important competitive advantage
